Lisa@25 is the production marking prima ballerina Lisa Macuja-Elizalde’s 25th anniversary in professional dance.

The two-hour production showcases highlights from the ballerina’s career, including never-before-seen footage of her performances in Russia, videos and still photographs taken during provincial tours. For the first time in a ballet production, a colossal Watch Out screen is being used, allowing Macuja-Elizalde and other dancers to interact with images projected on it.

Macuja was the first Filipino and foreigner to be invited to join the famed Kirov Ballet in 1984, after she graduated at the top of her class from the Leningrad Choreographic Institute.

Partial proceeds of Lisa@25 will be earmarked for Typhoon Ondoy flood victims.
