Sopranos Myramae Tapia Meneses, Anna Dinnah Migallos and Renee Michaela Fajardo join in a celebration of the soprano voice — three different timbres together on one stage. They present the ethereal final scene from Richard Strauss’s Der Rosenkavalier, the dramatic parting duet between Romeo and Juliet from Bellini’s I Capuletti e i Montecchi, and the incandescent “Mira, O Norma” from Bellini’s opera Norma, among other works.

Meneses is a graduate of St. Scholastica’s college under Prof. Camille Lopez Molina. At age 21, she was a grand prize winner of both the NAMCYA and Jovita Fuentes Vocal Competitions. She has performed the role of Musetta in Puccini’s La Boheme, Maria Clara in Felipe de Leon’s Noli Me Tangere and most recently the lead in Repertory Philippines’ The Secret Garden.

Migallos is described by critics as “a singer with a voice similar to a liquid gold”. A graduate of the UP College of Music and later of the Royal School for Music in London, she has performed in numerous music halls in London and other Asian countries, including the Victoria and Albert Museum, Franco-British Society in Kensington, Stancliffe Hall in Derbyshire, Singapore Esplanade, Singapore Art Museum, KM Conservatory in India and Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Center.

Lyric soprano Fajardo started as violinist before deciding to major in voice. She is a student of Prof. Camille Lopez Molina at the Scholastica’s College of Music. She performs widely with Viva Voce, a vocal ensemble, as one of its singers and as a soloist. She debuted as Sisa in Gantimpala Theater Production of Kanser@35, was the featured soloist in Manila Symphony Orchestra’s Opera vs. Broadway and the MSO’s Music for the Holidays.
