WHITE HORSE INN (Sun 800, Tue 1430) moves into the Easter Season this April, continuing its series on the very cornerstone of the faith, Christ’s Resurrection.

How can we be sure that the various claims about Jesus recorded in the four gospels represent genuine eyewitness reports, and how can we be sure that they were written in the crucial eyewitness period? Over the course of three programs, Michael Horton discusses these questions and more with professor Michael Licona, author of The Resurrection of Jesus: A New Historiographical Approach. Topics will cover a host of issues relating to the historical reliability of the New Testament epistles, as well as apparent discrepancies among the various gospel accounts of Christ’s resurrection and a number of commonly-held objections.

After exploring issues related to the factual nature of Christ’s resurrection, the hosts will take a look at the theological implications of the fact of the resurrection, unpacking the second half of 1 Corinthians 15. How is Christ’s resurrection related to the resurrection of believers on the last day?
